Menmon Ltd.<\/strong> was founded in 2016 by private benefactors, to lead projects for the public benefit in social and environmental fields. The company has established many projects for the welfare of animals in cooperation with government organizations (Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Internal Security, Ministry of Education), Tel-Aviv University, Oranim College, the Association of Students in Israel, WIZO, the Jewish Agency, and more. The Human and Animal Institute is the largest project that Menmon is leading in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hadassah Neurim Youth Village<\/a><\/strong> was established in 1948 in Moshav Beit Yanai (north of Netanya). It has approximately 400 students. The educational institutions operating in the village see much importance in sustainability, working with nature and animals. The Village has an ecological farm dedicated to the care and mutual rehabilitation of animals and humans. The farm includes a living space that specializes in promoting the physical and mental well-being of animals, and there is also a rehabilitation kennel where dogs are kept as a pack, abandoned dogs are rehabilitated, and children and youth are empowered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Human and Animal Institute collaborates with relevant experts from Israel and abroad. Dozens of different groups and institutions are involved, and here are the most notable of them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the Human and Animal Institute's most prominent educational programs, Animals with Us, was created in collaboration with The enter for Educational Technology<\/a><\/strong> (CET), as well as with the participation of two animal rescue farms: Starting Over Ranch<\/a><\/strong> (an animal rehabilitation shelter, in Moshav Herut) and Natural Bonds<\/a> <\/strong>farm (a social-educational farm for the rescue and rehabilitation of animals, in Ramat Gan). Natural Bonds <\/strong>is also a partner in the Resilience with Animals program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Human and Animal Institute holds joint courses with the Paamoney Ruach<\/a><\/strong> (wind bells) association (a therapeutic space for 2- and 4-legged walkers) and with Dialogue for Life<\/a> <\/strong>(an animal rescue farm and a healing space for humans, in the surrounding area).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teacher training courses were held within the framework of Lev HaPisga<\/a><\/strong> (the Directorate for Settlement Education) and the Pisga Center Ramat Gan<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Human and Animal Institute contributes content to the Psychotherapy in the Presence of Animals with a Relational Approach Program, which operates under the auspices of KMA<\/strong> at Oranim College<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A swallow protection activity was held jointly with the Let the Animals Live<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Institute established a collaboration with the Institute for Human-Animal Connection<\/a><\/strong> at the University of Denver<\/strong>, Colorado. The head of the Institute in Denver, Prof. Philip Tedeschi, accompanies the Human and Animal Institute as an academic advisor as needed for various projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
